Mackenson Telusma, Research Specialist II, Robotics Research Lab Specialist

Mr. Mackenson Telusma is a mechanical engineer working at the Applied Research Center where he is developing robotic mobile inspection tools for site inspection and/or structural repair. His research focuses on robotics, mechatronics, CAD modeling and simulations. Mr. Telusma has hands-on experience building mobile platforms, constructing experimental testbeds, structural analysis and dynamics based virtual simulations. Mr. Telusma has obtained both a B.S and M.S. from Florida international University, in Mechanical Engineering. His current work involves developing a mobile platform capable of performing Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) tasks along with concrete surface repair of the Savannah River National Laboratory H-Canyon Tunnel.
