Mellissa.Komninakis, Research Research Specialist

Mellissa Komninakis is a Research Specialist for the Applied Research Center at Florida International University, where she supports Deactivation and Decommissioning technology development, testing, and evaluation of fixative materials under ARC’s cooperative agreement with the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Environmental Management. She received her B.S. in Biological Engineering from the University of Florida and M.S. in Material Science and Engineering from Florida International University.
