Dr. Suresh Kumar Peddoju is a Postdoctoral Associate at the Applied Research Center (ARC) of Florida International University. He received his Ph.D degree in Computer Science and Engineering in 2015. He has Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering. His research interests include Virtualization and Cloud Computing, Big Data and Machine Learning, Security and Cyber Security.
Dr. Peddoju has 15 years of professional experience which includes teaching, industry and research. He has several publications in highly reputed journals from publishers like Springer and conferences from IEEE, ACM, etc. He has published two Book chapters in an international Book with IGI Global publisher. He has participated and organized more than 25 technical workshops and Faculty development programs. He delivered many expert talks in technical workshops and faculty development programs. He is a reviewer for international and national reputed journals. So far, he has supervised more than 20 Graduate and Undergraduate projects. He has several memberships in professional bodies like IEEE, IAENG, IACSIT, CSI, ISTE and IETE. He is technology savvy and always thinks about new and innovative approaches towards research that has inspired writing proposals. Apart from teaching and research, he contributed to various administrative services.
Currently he is involved in research to build robust Cyber-attack Orchestration Testbed for Automation and Threat Monitoring in Virtualization Environment for malware detection and monitoring. He is actively doing Research and Development in virtualization technologies, smart memory acquisition and studying real time malware impact on the mission. He is supporting the Advanced Cyber Analytics team for cyber forensics.
